Jesus considered children very important and encouraged adults to be more like them – to keep their sense of curiosity and thirst for learning.
At St Leonard’s children are part of our family and welcome at all services. We recognise that parents are the main influence on their children’s faith development, and we want to help you fulfil your responsibility.
Here you will find 3 areas:
- Children’s Area – has ideas for activities based on our weekly lectionary readings in church on Sunday Mornings.
- Parents Area – contains ideas to help you share your faith and explore the Bible at home with your family.
- Information Area – tells you about events and gives links to various resources.
Point your kids in the right direction – when they’re old they won’t be lost. Proverbs 22.6
Whoever becomes simple and elemental again, like this child, will rank high in God’s kingdom. Matthew 18.2
